1.坚持每天学习,哪怕挤出10分钟也可以,早晨则是大好时机。根据人的记忆特点,在学习总时间相同的条件下,多次短期强化的效果要胜一次长期学习。如每隔3天记30分钟单词,不如每天记10 分钟来得巩固。早晨,人刚起床,脑子里还未涌入杂乱的信息,学习时没有"前摄抑制"。同样,如在晚上临睡前学习,由于其后没有信息输入的干扰,即无"后摄抑制;,效果也较好。

2.学厌了可变换一下学习方式或形式。经常使用一种方式容易使人感到单调,乏味,甚至疲倦,即使毅力坚强者也不无例外。倘若经常变换一下学习方式,改变阅读为朗读,变书写为对话,变听磁带为看电视等,可使学习者在新鲜感中吸取知识。

3.不要脱离上下文孤立地死记硬背。对于青少年来说,其机械性记忆力较强；对于成年人而言,其理解性记忆力较强。只有理解了的东西,才能更深地感觉它,乃至记住它。联系上下文,正是强化理解性记忆的有效方法。

4.随时记下并背熟那此常用的句型。学习外语不要胡子眉毛一把抓,而要抓住牛鼻子-----主要矛盾。从外语的结构来看,掌握常用句型十分关键。句型中既有单词,又有语法,既有句法,又有习惯。所以,《英语900句》之类并未过时。

5.尽可能"心译"接触到的东西,如一闪而过的广告,偶尔听到的话语等。"心译"接触的事物,有利于扩大知识面,提高快速反应能力便能迅速地从脑库中提取单词,语法,句法,发现不足立即补充。

6.只有经过老师修改的东西才值得牢记,也就是说,要记那些肯定是正确无误的东西。学习外语,不但要通过正面教材掌握正确的东西,还要通过"反面教材"学会避免错误的东西。所以,除了认真学习老师修改的东西了解自己的错误外,多看一些《中国人学英语常见错误》之类的书籍也很有必要。

7.抄录和记忆句型和习惯用语时,要用单数第一人称。学习外语最终是为了用,进一步说,是为我所用。而为我所用,当然要用单数第一人称了。否则,当你和外国人交流（笔谈）时,频频出现第二人称或第三人称,岂不怪哉？

8.外语好比碉堡,必须同时从四面八方围攻：读报,听广播,看外语电影,听外语讲座,攻读课本等。

9.要敢于说外语,不要怕出错误,要请别人纠正。不要怕难为情,更不要泄气。

10.要坚信自己一定能达到目的,坚信自己有坚强的毅力和学好外语的才能。

It's just so sad that some people are confined to the skyscraper, and don't have the chance to get close to nature.In today world, the city center is full of noises are colorful lights, so you can easily lose yourself and can't find the true self. The other reason is that living in the suburbs is more helpful to one's health than living in the city center. With all kinds of cars emit pollution to the air everyday, the only place where we can breath fresh air is the suburb.
